This is a West African scammer using a stolen picture of model, Dawson Miller. The girl in the pictures is not involved in the scam. (But I'd be happy to give her a spanking if she was!)
The person you are in contact with via this email is a black male, in West Africa, who is pretending to be the lady in this picture, and will steal money from you!
