Using stolen pictures, asks for $200 for food during Yahoo chat. Claims to be a 34 year old nurse from Toronto, Canada, with one child, who is 'studying' in Ghana.

This is disgusting. Maybe things are tough in the Philippines, but this lady has money for the internet, and computer. She, and her 10-12 year old daughter, beg on Yahoo IM, on cam, for money. Not just for enough food to get by for a few days, but for amounts that would buy food for several months. They are not starving. Mom, at least, does not appear underfed. Please, never send money to somebody you only know from the internet. I am happy to provide Philippines authorities with whatever data I have about these two.
